Please complete the following form to register
 your child for the 2008 Fall semester.

Payments may be made via paypal, mailed or dropped off
 at the location where classes are held.

Please note that your child's place in class is not reserved
 until payment is received.

After you have submitted your registration form, please leave your tuition in the appropriate drop-box at your school. If you would like to pay online, click below to pay monthly tuition ($30).
